  20. I have tried to UL this text to the Lightwave list several
  21. times but keep getting bounced. Here it is again! If you already

  27. In the search for a "standardized" scene file for
  28. comparison rendering, may I suggest Frame 1 of
  29. "Full Metal Hummer" from this months LW Pro disk?
  30. It's a complex scene.

  32. Frame 1 on my A2000 with 22 megs ram and a 28mhz
  33. Fusion Forty, Video FLyer system took 1h 57m 4s
  34. (7024 secs) to render. That's a LONG time on a
  35.  relatively fast Amiga.

  37. Anyone care to compare? Since John Gross definitely
  38. has the disk ;-)  AND an Alpha system (Carrera) AND a
  39. Pentium system (with a beta LW PC?), how about a
  40. little comparison?
